EC Motor 16 Motor Driver

Application

The EVO/ECM-MXC2 connects one EVO/ECM-

Control to 2 motors. The Master control sets the

speed of both motors. A second control may be

connected to monitor RPM of the 2

motor.

The 2 motor connect is compatible with the following

EVO/ECM-Controls:

• EVO/ECM-ACU+

• EVO/ECM-4SPD

• EVO/ECM-VCU

• EVO/ECM-EHC

• EVO/ECM-IRC

Compatibility Rules

Power connections to the Master and RPM

controls must be the same.

Dissimilar controller types can be paired

except the EVO/ECM-VCU.

The EVO/ECM-VCU must only be paired

with another EVO/ECM-VCU.

Purchasing: Please order using the EVO/ model number. Or,

include the number in the product description.

EVO/ECM-MXC2

Mounting

The optional RPM control must be mounted near the

Master control. Mount the MXC2 near the controls so

short jumpers can be used. When an optional RPM

controller is not used, the MXC2 can be mounted near

the motor pairs to reduce cable costs.

Fasten the MXC2 to a grounded metal surface

using a single oval or flat head screw.

Keep high voltage wiring away from the MXC2 circuitry

or wiring. Follow electrical code requirements for

separation of high and low voltage wiring and

components.
